Educator Yvonne Wolf will relate the ancient study of Chinese medicine to Western traditions and introduce 5 common roots and herbs that are meaningful and useful in Chinese Traditional Medicine such as ginger, ginseng, and licorice. She will show samples of these common herbs and roots in their dried forms. If you have been curious but not quite confident about trying Chinese herbal medicine, this presentation will be the first step towards a more informed, alternative path to health.
