Our one-on-one tech help sessions are here to make learning technology a little easier and a lot less stressful. Our wonderful volunteers, including some friendly student volunteers completing service hours, are happy to assist with basic tech questions about your phone, tablet or computer. Whether you want to learn how to adjust your settings, explore apps, send emails, or get more comfortable with everyday digital tasks, we are here to help at your own pace.
These sessions are intended for simple “How do I…?” questions rather than complex repairs or troubleshooting, and volunteers are not able to handle sensitive personal information. Just bring your device, your questions, your curiosity, and we will work together to help you feel more confident using your technology.
