Lunar New Year - the Year of the Horse - arrives on February 17, and what better way to celebrate than by exploring the traditions behind Chinese food. Learn why dishes are served in a particular order, discover the symbolism of ingredients, and find out the truth about fortune cookies. You will gain a new perspective on the Chinese dining experience whether it is sit-down or take-out. Let's giddy-up for the Year of the Horse with Chinese food.
