Learn basic salsa, no partner needed. Taught by skilled instructor Denita from Desueño Dance, this fun and easy-to-follow class features solo dance moves, known as "shines” and various salsa songs. R
The class will start with a short introduction to the history and cultural roots of salsa, then jump into 55 minutes of lively dance instruction set to classic salsa beats. You'll learn basic steps and movements in a welcoming and supportive environment. Whether you're looking to get moving, try something new, or just have fun - this class will get you dancing in no time. All levels are welcome. Just bring comfortable shoes and a willingness to move. A signed waiver is required to participate in the program. Waivers provided.
