In this workshop, Dr. Rich highlights how reflecting on personal values and sharing life stories can strengthen identity, guide future generations and foster connection. Participants will learn practical approaches to creating intentional, lasting legacies through narrative writing, voice recording and mindful planning. Includes handouts, Q&A.
