Explore what causes stress, how it impacts your health, and what can be done to manage stress in your life. R.

The University of Illinois Extension offers a variety of health programming in Cook County. Sonia Lopez and Veronica Aranda are community health educators who foster physical and mental wellbeing through health education programs aimed at reducing health disparities. They will be providing a four-session series on mental health designed to promote self-care and mental wellbeing.
