La Extensión de la Universidad de Illinois ofrece una variedad de programas de salud en el condado de Cook. Sonia López y Verónica Aranda son educadoras de salud comunitarias que fomentan el bienestar físico y mental a través de programas de educación para la salud destinados a reducir las disparidades en la salud. Ofrecerán una serie de cuatro sesiones sobre salud mental diseñada para promover el autocuidado y el bienestar mental.
