This session highlights the connection between self-care and mental health. R

Take home proven strategies to support your mental well-being.

The University of Illinois Extension offers a variety of health programming in Cook County. Sonia Lopez and Veronica Aranda are a community health educators who foster physical and mental wellbeing through health education programs aimed at reducing health disparities. They will be providing a four-session series on mental health designed to promote self-care and mental wellbeing.
