Live Zoom program.

Entirely stopping the spread of falsehoods is impossible, but we can take steps to recognize when we are at risk of being deceived. In this talk with Professor Dan Simons, co-author of Nobody's Fool: Why We Get Taken In and What We Can Do About It, discover how deception works and empower yourself to become Nobody's Fool. The program is hosted by the Northbrook Public Library in partnership with Glenview Public Library and the League of Women Voters of Illinois.

Registration with a valid email address required. You will be emailed a Zoom link on the day of the program. If you do not receive a confirmation email, check your spam folder or contact the library at 847-459-4100.
